• From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Welch served as the Senior Vice President, Head of the Bond and Corporate Finance Group at John Hancock.

• EVP of NRG Business Development 2015 – 2018:  Led all aspects of NRG’s national business development strategy including the successful completion of over 2,300 MW of new generation capacity in multiple markets
• Served on multiple energy related boards including NRG Yield, inc., GenOn Energy, Inc., and Ice Energy

• Mr. Foster has an extensive record of municipal and executive leadership. He served two terms as Mayor of Long Beach California, from 2006 to 2014, and is the former Chair of the California Independent System Operator.
• Prior to this, Mr. Foster was President of Southern California Edison where he held key executive positions within the company and its parent, Edison International, over two decades.

• Ms. Cleary is a senior executive with over 30 years of extensive management and technical experience, providing leadership throughout major business events.
• Ms. Cleary is involved in all aspects of the energy transition. She has led all aspects of the integration of two Fortune 500 company M&A transactions, successfully developed numerous power facilities and served as the business unit president for over 6,000 MW of fossil generation.

• Ms. Resheske has over 23 years in energy with roles at Con Edison including as Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs with responsibilities ranging from regulatory, government, community relations, communications, marketing and philanthropy.
• A recognized industry and community leader, Frances is a Board member of the Alfred Smith Foundation, Association for a Better New York, New York State League of Conservation Voters Education Fund and OurEnergy Policy Group.

Preston Scherer

Preston Scherer

Executive Director, Infrastructure Investments Group at J.P. Morgan

• Mr. Scherer is responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing investments in utility, power, and other infrastructure businesses with the Infrastructure Investments Group at J.P. Morgan.
• Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2016, Preston worked at KeyBanc Capital Markets in the Utilities, Power & Renewable Energy investment banking group.
